The Australian Paralympic Education Program, in partnership with Australian Beef, is providing free curriculum-linked resources for Australian school students along with ideas to support the Australian Paralympic Team ahead of theTokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, starting on August 24 2021.
The Australian Olympic Committee has produced a range of resources for teachers to explore. They have been grouped into three categories: lower primary, upper primary and secondary.
Use this link from Paralympics Australia to have students send letters to paralympians. The site also contains a useful resource to guide students about how to write their letter.
The digital kit comes with a workbook of 25 activities designed to help students in Years 3-8 learn all about the Olympic Games, from its ancient beginnings to the modern spectacle it has become. Activities are created by teachers and aligned to the National Curriculum.

The Olympic Museum (Switzerland) offers a comprehensive range of online and downloadable resources. Resources can be filtered by age, type or topic. In addition to specific Tokyo 2020 resources students can explore many different aspects of the Olympic games. Resources include fact sheets, posters, game and workbooks, online games and reference material. There is a lot to explore at this site.
