The text at the bottom of the search results pictured below includes many well known fairy tales at an appropriate text level. It also features a 'read to me' function which some students may find helpful.

Fairy Tale Land

This site has a number of fairytales with associated lesson ideas and activities. Be warned some activities require the use of flash to enable the 'read to me' function. It is a little dated in appearance but worth a look.
