In-text reference

OR

Surname, Initials. (Year, Month Day). Title of article. Title of newspaper, page numbers.

In-text reference

According to Strom (2016) some have started to question the need....

OR

...which revolutionised the field (Strom, 2016).

NB: If there is no author then use an abbreviated form of the title, placing it in double quotation marks, as your in-text reference.

NB: Where there is no author place the title of the article in the position of the author.

When there is no author, use the first few words of the title of the article in double quotation marks and the year in the in-text citation

When there is no author, place the article title in the author position in the reference 

Title of article.  (Year, Month). Title of magazine, volume (issue number), page numbers.
